ORDERING
You can order items through our website and we aim to ship items after accepting the proof of the plate inscription in two working days.
NON ARRIVAL
If the item does not arrive after 3 working days, please contact me.

COMPLAINTS
If you have a complaint please contact us on a working day by the number on the website.
RETURNING GOODS
If you change your mind you can return goods within 30 days as long as it is unused and returned in original condition and packaging.
If a fault developed or found after the casket is used we would not be able to accept the return, however please contact me and I will do my best to resolve any such issues.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
As your shipping an item over £50.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. I don’t guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
